While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability may occasionally change.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may:

- Contact you regarding the unavailable item
- Offer the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Change of Mind
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Item is returned in resalable condition with all original tags where applicable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
3.2 Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Dispatch Schedule
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Our fulfillment operations are conducted Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes can only be made before an order has been dispatched.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Out of Stock Items
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase:
- Available items may be shipped immediately.
- Unavailable items may be shipped separately when available or refunded.
